I have been making some of the best BBQ in Knox County for years. Most folks ate at our stand while tailgating at the Vol games on Neyland Drive, or at one of the many catering jobs we have had in the last 20 plus years. After years of dreaming, I made our BBQ a reality by opening the restaurant, Love That BBQ in South Knoxville, a community close to my heart.
